A startup founded by two brothers: a Utah State University graduate (USU) in Computer Science, Mathematics and with an MBA, and a Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) graduate in Information Technology. Neural is born after a though out analysis of the need high-quality responsible technology services in the Dominican Republic.
