General Perspective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Board Solutions Specialist to maintain and optimize custom solutions on the Board business intelligence and decision-making platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts, customer support, and end-users to ensure that solutions meet expectations, solve critical issues, and deliver measurable value to customers.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Maintain custom solutions in the Board platform to ensure seamless performance.
  2. Identify and resolve critical production incidents, performing root cause analysis.
  3. Analyze and optimize solutions to improve overall efficiency and performance.
  4. Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions and changes for future reference.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • College degree in Engineering, preferably Software Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience working with the Board platform or other business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

Skills

  • Ability to translate stakeholder requests into actionable tasks.
  • Extract valuable insights from available data for actionable outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with timely resolution of issues.
  • Effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Spanish.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within expected deadlines.
  • Familiarity with other business intelligence tools is a plus.

Knowledge

  • Expertise in the Board platform or other business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data extraction and manipulation.

  2. Access to Confidential Information: Yes, including sensitive client data and their customers’ sensitive information.
  3. Platform Access: The role requires access to the Board platform and related administrative files.
  4. Language Proficiency: Fluent communication in English is essential.

Work Environment

  • Requires extensive use of the Board platform, analyzing and documenting solutions, and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Frequent interaction with data, requiring a detail-oriented approach to ensure quality deliverables.
