General Overview:

The Business Analyst Intern will support both Scrum Master and Business Analyst functions, offering a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in Agile methodologies and business process analysis. This role seeks proactive, detail-oriented candidates enthusiastic about developing skills in business analysis and project management.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Scrum Master in Agile ceremonies and maintain the Scrum process.
  • Collaborate in gathering requirements, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and identification of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, document issues, and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Gain exposure to Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.

Academic Background and Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Relevant coursework in Agile methodologies, business analysis, or project management is a plus.
  • No prior professional experience is required, though academic exposure to these areas is valued.

Required Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and business analysis concepts.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to document tasks and track project progress with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis and Agile project management.
